Please consider the following when purchasing: VOLTAGE - Much of what we sell is US domestic product in 110/120V, as opposed to 220/240V used in many other countries. We do offer many products in 230V or dual voltage models. Please check the product description to see which versions are available. If your country operates on 220/240V and you wish to purchase a 120V item, you will need a step-down converter to operate the unit. These should be available for you to purchase locally. We also offer voltage converters for sale under “Accessories”. We will not be responsible for damage due to improper powering. CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES - Our price does not include any applicable taxes, duties or fees which must be paid when importing a product to your country. It is your responsibility to be aware of these costs. We will provide proper export documentation and make every legal effort to minimize the amount you must pay to clear customs. Please see the links below for useful information specific to your country. SHIPPING - We ship by US Postal Service Global Express. This service is delivered to your door by either your national postal service or a private agent. A tracking number and insurance is included in your shipping cost. Packages should arrive in your country within 3-5 days, but actual delivery time depends on how quickly the shipment clears customs. We are unable to guarantee delivery time and can not be responsible for delivery delays by the local delivery agent. We will replace items that are damaged in transit or have an initial failure. Please see OUR POLICIES for details. WARRANTY - The manufacturer’s warranty may be valid in your country, however we can not guarantee that it will be valid outside of the United States. We recommend that you check with a local service center of the brand to verify coverage. We will replace any item that has an initial failure within the first 10 days after receipt. Please see OUR POLICIES for information on returns. PAYMENT - Most international credit cards must be processed through Paypal. Paypal payments will be accepted only if you are a “Verified” member. Bank wire transfers ($20 fee) are an easy method to pay internationally. We can also accept bank cashiers cheques & money orders if the check is made in US$ and payable by a US bank. We will send you the required information for paying by wire transfer or cheque. WHOLESALE - Please contact us for special pricing if you are a business and can purchase US$5000 or more for distribution.
