Payment MethodsMAJOR CREDIT CARDS - We accept most major credit cards and will gladly ship to the billing address of your card. If we are unable to verify this information, you may be required to provide a Credit Card Approval Form. International credit cards must be processed through Paypal in most cases. Shipping & HandlingWe ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of verified payment receiptContinental US and Canada orders are shipped by UPS Ground, Monday through Friday, unless a shipping upgrade is requested. (HI, AK, FPO and US Territories by Priority Mail) International orders are shipped by US Postal Service Global Express on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. (Please see INTERNATIONAL page for more details). We double box and include insurance on all shipments. ReturnsDefective merchandise and merchandise damaged in transit will gladly be exchanged if we are notified within 10 days of arrival. If an item arrives with damage (especially for international customers), please refuse delivery of the shipment and notify us immediately. If you are unable to refuse the shipment, you must keep all original packaging to claim a replacement.All returns must be sent freight prepaid, and we will pay the shipping charges for the replacement item. If an exact replacement is not available, you may request a store credit in the amount of your original purchase or a refund. After this period, all repairs and service will be handled directly through manufacturer’s warranty only. |
